Live At Leeds: 50 New Acts & Welcome Parties

Just one month after announcing the first acts performing at Live at Leeds for 2015, the festival have announced a further fifty bands as well as two huge welcome parties over the early May Bank Holiday.

Live at Leeds is building its reputation as crucial tastemakers with a stellar line-up featuring the best in new musical talent and some of the hottest names around, featuring a hugely diverse mix of genres. Already announced are Carl Barat & The Jackals, Dry The River, Dutch Uncles, Thurston Moore, George The Poet, Stormzy and Swim Deep plus Leeds’ own Hookworms and Eagulls.

Leading the new announcement are Lauren Aquilina who’s hotly anticipated debut album is due out very soon, the remarkable Raleigh Ritchie, who has performed with Plan B and George Ezra after his top 30 hit ‘Stronger Than Ever.’ Warwickshire born singer-songwriter Lucy Rose joins Irish bluesmen The Strypes, British solo musician Rhodes plus Nottingham born Saint Raymond, whose debut is due out in June having supported Ed Sheeran. The line-up also boasts Misty Miller, Brawlers, The Computers, The Amazons and Vant amongst an exciting array of acts. The full list of additions is below.

The festival can also introduce two exciting opening parties happening this year. Pulled Apart By Horses will play their biggest hometown show yet with support from Dinosaur Pile up and Allusondrugs at Leeds University with Darlia, Sundara Karma and The Hearts taking over The Brudenell Social Club on Friday 1^st May. Both of these require a separate ticket.
